Privacy & analytics
Clear choices.
Your data respected.
Denko uses a small, first-party analytics system only when you accept it. This page explains what is collected and why.
Analytics cookies
If you accept analytics, Denko sets two first-party cookies: one remembers your choice and one contains a random visitor identifier. The identifier helps us distinguish new and returning visitors. It is not your name, email address, or an advertising identifier. Both cookies expire after 180 days.
If you decline, no analytics event is sent and the visitor cookie is removed. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also prevent analytics collection. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
What an analytics event contains
- A random visitor ID and temporary browser-session ID.
- The page path and title, landing page, and referring website hostname.
- Browser language, locale region, time zone, and UTC offset.
- Broad device, browser, operating-system, and viewport categories.
- Campaign source, medium, and campaign name when a Denko link includes standard UTM tags.
Analytics does not include query strings beyond those named campaign tags, form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, GPS coordinates, or stored IP addresses. Location reporting is approximate and based on browser locale and time-zone settings.
How the data is used
Analytics is used to understand overall traffic, useful pages, referral sources, broad visitor regions, and the devices people use. It is available only to authorised Denko portal administrators and is not used for cross-site advertising or sold to other organisations.
Analytics events are automatically scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Aggregated portal reports do not expose individual visitor records.
Information you send us
Information submitted through a contact form or email is handled separately from analytics and used to respond to your enquiry. It is never added to the analytics visitor profile.
